TRAINING PHILOSOPHY
I have 3 basic training philosophies.
1-Train the body as one piece: This is how the body functions and this is how it should be trained.
2-Train for performance: When you train and eat for your body to perform better it will look and feel better much faster than if you train and eat for appearance alone.
3-Training should be fun: It is amazing how hard you can work at something when you are enjoying yourself. I don't make a lot of promises about anything especially about myself but I can fully promise this to anyone around me at any time, "I AM FUN!"

I also believe that there is a lot more to be gained from fitness and exercise beyond the physical benefits. These things help develop, strengthen and define our character making us better as individuals, more productive in groups, and stronger and more understanding as leaders. In my opinion these things are what build strong communities and they are all intentionally addressed and developed in my programs.
